Seeking Out For a Real Identity

I was thinking a while ago about Switzerland's true personality, being surrounded by four equally prominent countries like Germany, Italy, Austria and France. After careful evaluation of the facts, I was able to realize that Switzerland has no personality at all!

At first, I thought Switzerland can be the "chocolate country" since it is the home of Nestle, the world's biggest food and beverage company that generates prominent products including chocolates. This may sound comical but there's nothing wrong about it because most of us desire chocolates.

On a serious note, I have assume that this nation has no personality at all because its culture is a combination of German, Austrian, French, and Italian influences. For instance, Switzerland has four legitimate languages composed of German (64%) in the north and center; French (19%) to the west; and Italian (8%) and Romansh (1%) which is spoken by undersized minority group in the southeastern canton of Graubünden. Even Swiss delicacy is influenced by German, French, and Italian delicacies. For example, Italian delicacies such as pasta and pizza is very popular in present Switzerland.

Now, can you think of anything that is purely Swiss and has no sway from the other European countries bordering Switzerland?
