My Adoration for the Scrumptious Swiss Cheese Fondue
The Swiss are well-known for their scrumptious cheeses and chocolates. I was lucky enough to eat the Swiss’ well-known cheese fondue and I fell in love ever since. After months of hunting for fondues, I was finally able to persuade a friend to present to me how to prepare it.
As it turned out, the Swiss Fondue is very painless to prepare and cook as it will only exhaust 25 minutes of your time. To cook a tasty fondue just get scraped emmenthaler cheese or Swiss cheese, grated appenzeller cheese or hard-cow's milk, flour, garlic clove, dry white wine, lemon juice, kirsch or clear brandy, and bread.
First, you need to stir the flour and the scraped cheeses then rub the fondue pot with a garlic clove. Add the white wine and wait for it to simmer, then pour in the lemon juice as well as the stirred cheeses little by little while stirring the mixture unceasingly. Make sure that the cheese has totally boiled before adding the Kirsch. Chop the bread into little pieces and just add salt, nutmeg, and pepper to taste into the cheese mixture and presto! You now have a tempting and scrumptious dip. You can serve this scrumptious treat either with bread or salad.
