Try to navigate the Internet about Swiss fashion, and you'll end up, to overdo a bit, with none. The fashion world usually announces that Switzerland and fashion will never be in the same sentence (Hey, it just did!). Anyway, in a more apt tone, Switzerland and fashion do not associate together. Because of the weather in Switzerland, designers are not so committed to come up with florid clothes that will go with the climate, which is a sad note, yes.
On the contrary, florid and chic clothes are not the main regard of designers but warmth and comfort. It always has been in Switzerland's way of clothing to dress in layers which is supposed to swaddle and protect the wearer from the unforgiving weather. Layer one is formed of shirts and underwear in practical knit fabrics. According to the specialists, they used permeable polyester yarns with dye, which they process using different refinement methods. Layer two, on the other hand, is formed of insulation clothes wherein the designers enforced fashionable prints and heavier materials for a comfier, warmer effect. Lastly, layer three is formed of weather protection clothes that are typically worn almost everyday even without the second layer. But if I were you, I would rather be dressed all layers to keep myself warm, so I can admire Switzerland more.
